Qaimah ("we", "us", "our") is a digital menu builder for restaurants, developed and operated by Joory.me. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled — both for restaurant owners who use the Qaimah dashboard, and for diners who browse a restaurant's public menu built with Qaimah."قايمة" ("نحن") هي أداة لبناء القوائم الرقمية للمطاعم، تم تطويرها وتشغيلها من قبل Joory.me. توضّح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي نجمعها، ولماذا، وكيف يتم التعامل معها — سواء لأصحاب المطاعم الذين يستخدمون لوحة تحكم قايمة، أو للزبائن الذين يتصفحون القائمة العامة لمطعم مبنية عبر قايمة.

Restaurant owner accountsحسابات أصحاب المطاعم

• Your name and email address.اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني.
• A password, stored only as a one-way secure hash — we never store or can see your actual password. If you sign up or log in with Google instead, we don't receive or store a password at all.كلمة مرور تُخزَّن فقط بصيغة مشفّرة بطريقة أحادية الاتجاه — نحن لا نخزّن أو نستطيع رؤية كلمة مرورك الفعلية. إذا سجّلت الدخول عبر جوجل بدلًا من ذلك، فنحن لا نستلم أو نخزّن أي كلمة مرور على الإطلاق.

Restaurant & menu contentمحتوى المطعم والقائمة

Whatever you choose to publish through the dashboard: your restaurant's name, description, phone number, address, social media links, logo, hero images, and your menu's categories and items (names, descriptions, prices, and photos, in English and/or Arabic).كل ما تختار نشره عبر لوحة التحكم: اسم مطعمك ووصفه ورقم هاتفه وعنوانه وروابط مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وشعاره وصور الغلاف، وأقسام وعناصر قائمتك (الأسماء والأوصاف والأسعار والصور، بالعربية و/أو الإنجليزية).

Diners browsing a public menuالزبائن الذين يتصفحون قائمة عامة

Viewing a public menu doesn't require an account. If a diner chooses to submit feedback through the feedback button, we collect the message, category, and phone number (only if they choose to provide one) — tied to that restaurant, not to a personal profile. We also count clicks on menu items in aggregate (e.g. "this dish was viewed 40 times") to give the restaurant owner analytics; this count is not linked back to any individual visitor.تصفّح قائمة عامة لا يتطلب أي حساب. إذا اختار زبون إرسال ملاحظة عبر زر الملاحظات، فإننا نجمع نص الرسالة والفئة ورقم الهاتف (فقط إذا اختار كتابته) — وترتبط هذه البيانات بالمطعم، لا بملف شخصي له. كما نحتسب عدد النقرات على عناصر القائمة بشكل إجمالي (مثال: "شوهد هذا الطبق 40 مرة") لتزويد صاحب المطعم بإحصاءات، دون ربط هذا العدد بأي زائر بعينه.

A single session cookie keeps you logged in after you sign in — we don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Like most web servers, ours also keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used only for security and troubleshooting.يُستخدَم كوكي جلسة واحد لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول بعد تسجيلك — نحن لا نستخدم كوكيز إعلانية أو كوكيز تتبّع عبر مواقع أخرى من أطراف ثالثة. وكما هو الحال في معظم خوادم الويب، يحتفظ خادمنا أيضًا بسجلات طلبات عادية (عنوان IP والمتصفح والصفحات المطلوبة) تُستخدم فقط لأغراض الأمان واستكشاف الأخطاء.

• To operate the dashboard and your restaurant's public menu page.لتشغيل لوحة التحكم وصفحة قائمة مطعمك العامة.
• To authenticate you (password or Google Sign-In) and keep your session secure.للتحقق من هويتك (كلمة المرور أو تسجيل الدخول عبر جوجل) والحفاظ على أمان جلستك.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.نحن لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية.

3. Signing in with Google3. تسجيل الدخول عبر جوجل

"Continue with Google" uses Google's standard OAuth sign-in. We only request your basic profile (name, email address, profile ID) — we never see or store your Google password, and we cannot access your Gmail, Drive, or any other Google service. • Google Sign-In (accounts.google.com) — only if you choose to use it, as described above.تسجيل الدخول عبر جوجل (accounts.google.com) — فقط إذا اخترت استخدامه، كما هو موضّح أعلاه.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — loads the site's typefaces directly from Google, which may log the visitor's IP address per Google's own privacy policy.خطوط جوجل (Google Fonts) (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — تُحمَّل خطوط الموقع مباشرة من جوجل، والتي قد تسجّل عنوان IP الخاص بالزائر وفق سياسة خصوصية جوجل.

• QR Server API (api.qrserver.com) — generates the QR code image for a restaurant's public menu link. Only the public menu URL itself is sent; no personal data is included.QR Server API (api.qrserver.com) — لتوليد صورة رمز QR لرابط القائمة العامة للمطعم. يتم إرسال رابط القائمة العام فقط، دون أي بيانات شخصية.

Each of these services is bound by its own provider's privacy policy for the data it receives in the course of loading a resource (a font, an icon, an image).يخضع كل من هذه الخدمات لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بمزوّدها فيما يتعلق بالبيانات التي يستلمها أثناء تحميل مورد ما (خط، أيقونة، صورة).

5. Data storage & security5. تخزين البيانات وأمانها

• Passwords are stored as salted, one-way hashes — never in plain text.تُخزَّن كلمات المرور بصيغة مشفّرة أحادية الاتجاه (salted hash) — ولا تُخزَّن أبدًا كنص عادي.
• Uploaded images are validated by their actual file type before being stored, not just by file extension.يتم التحقق من الصور المرفوعة وفق نوعها الفعلي قبل تخزينها، وليس فقط بناءً على امتداد الملف.
• Every restaurant's data — menu content and the feedback its diners submit — is isolated from every other restaurant on the platform.بيانات كل مطعم — محتوى القائمة والملاحظات التي يرسلها زبائنه — معزولة تمامًا عن أي مطعم آخر على المنصة.
• We take reasonable technical measures to protect data, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.نتخذ إجراءات تقنية معقولة لحماية البيانات، لكن لا توجد طريقة تخزين أو نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة 100%.

6. Data retention & deletion6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

We keep your account and restaurant data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account, your restaurant's data, or a specific piece of diner feedback, email us atنحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ومطعمك طالما ظل حسابك نشطًا. لطلب حذف حسابك أو بيانات مطعمك أو ملاحظة معينة من زبون، راسلنا على dev@joory.me and we will act on it within a reasonable time.وسنقوم بتنفيذ الطلب خلال وقت معقول.

7. Children's privacy7. خصوصية الأطفال

Qaimah is intended for restaurant owners and their adult customers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.قايمة موجّهة لأصحاب المطاعم وزبائنهم البالغين. وهي غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ونحن لا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية منهم.

8. Changes to this policy8. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

We may update this policy as Qaimah changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of Qaimah after a change means you accept the revised policy.قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة مع تطور قايمة. سنقوم بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه عند حدوث ذلك؛ ويعني استمرارك في استخدام قايمة بعد أي تعديل موافقتك على السياسة المُحدَّثة.
